• Cancellation requests will be processed only if the order has not been prepared for shipping.

Return Policy

You may request a return only under the following circumstances:

• The shipment received has been physically damaged in transit, and the customer has retained the original packaging with pictures as proof.
• Part of the order or items are missing from the packaging.

The final decision regarding returns will be taken by the Raw and Naturals team after reviewing the details.
